INGREDIENTES
Meat Mixture
- 300g ground meat
- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced
- 🥚 1/2 beaten egg
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Coating
- Flour, as needed
- 🥚 1/2 beaten egg
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
Others
- Vegetable oil, as needed
- 1 leaf shredded cabbage
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
PASOS
Mince the onion and microwave it in a heatproof container for 1 minute at 600W. Let it cool.
In a bowl, mix the meat mixture ingredients until sticky. Divide into 4 portions.
Shape each portion into an oval patty, removing air pockets. Coat with flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs in order.
Heat vegetable oil to 170°C in a pot. Fry the patties until golden brown.
Serve the fried patties with shredded cabbage and Worcestershire sauce on the side.
