INGREDIENTES

- 🍗 2 chicken thighs (500g)
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Sauce
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
PASOS
Pat the chicken dry with paper towels and remove excess fat. Make shallow cuts on the skin side and poke holes with a fork. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Place chicken skin-side down and cook for 4–5 minutes until golden brown, pressing occasionally for even browning.
Flip the chicken, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat for 3 minutes. Add the sauce ingredients and simmer over medium heat, occasionally spooning the sauce over the chicken until thickened.
