- 3 tbsp potato starch
- Enough salad oil for frying
Seasoning

- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
- 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried basil
PASOS
Cut the chicken breast into small bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix the chicken pieces with the seasoning ingredients and let it marinate for 10 minutes. Then add potato starch and mix well.
Heat enough salad oil in a frying pan to cover the bottom. Fry the chicken pieces on both sides until golden brown.
