- 🍗 1 piece (300g) chicken thigh
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
PASOS
Make cuts in the thick parts of the chicken thigh to ensure even cooking.
Combine all seasoning ingredients in a plastic bag, add the chicken, and massage to coat. Seal the bag and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Place the chicken skin-side down in a frying pan over medium heat. Press with a spatula and cook for 6–7 minutes until the skin is crispy and golden brown. Flip and cook on low heat for 3–4 minutes until fully cooked.
