INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 2 tbsp chopped green onion
- 🥕 1/4 cup diced carrot
Staples
- 🍚 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 tbsp crushed seaweed
- 🥚 1 fried egg
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
PASOS
Blanch the bean sprouts and cool them in cold water. Drain thoroughly.
Prepare green onion and carrot. Dice the carrot finely.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the green onion until fragrant.
Add the diced carrot to the pan and stir-fry together with the green onion.
Mix the seasonings (soy sauce, sugar, gochujang, chili powder, garlic, cooking wine) and add them to the pan.
Add the cooked rice to the pan and stir-fry until well combined with the seasonings.
Add the blanched bean sprouts and stir-fry briefly to combine.
Serve the fried rice in a bowl, top with crushed seaweed and a fried egg.
