INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 1 bag bean sprouts
- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced
Meat
- 100g ground meat
Oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 🧄 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 🍅 1/2 can diced tomatoes
- 🧀 20g pizza cheese
PASOS
Mince the onion. Place bean sprouts in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the minced onion, and sauté until softened.
Add ground meat to the pan and cook while breaking it apart until browned.
Add sake, salt, pepper, garlic, and diced tomatoes to the pan. Simmer until the liquid is reduced and thickened.
Layer the microwaved bean sprouts in a heatproof container, top with the meat sauce, and sprinkle pizza cheese over it. Bake in a toaster oven for about 8 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.
