- 200g bean sprouts

- 1 plum, pitted and mashed

PASOS
Place bean sprouts in a microwave-safe container, add 1 tbsp of water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.
Rinse the bean sprouts in cold water and drain thoroughly.
Pit the plum and mash it into a paste using a knife.
Combine bean sprouts, mashed plum, and soy sauce in a bowl and mix well.
Add bonito flakes and toss until evenly combined.
