- 1 can (190g) canned mackerel in water

- 125g bean sprouts
Spices
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sliced chili

- 150ml olive oil
PASOS
Trim the roots of the bean sprouts and cut them into bite-sized lengths. Slice the garlic in half lengthwise, remove the core, and crush it with the flat side of a knife.
In a pot, heat olive oil, garlic, salt, and chili over low heat until fragrant. Add the canned mackerel and simmer over medium heat. Once bubbling, add the bean sprouts and stir until softened.
