INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🌱 1/2 bag bean sprouts
- 20g dried daikon radish
- 🧅 1 stalk chopped green onion
Seasonings
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp miso
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp chili paste
PASOS
Wash the dried daikon radish by rubbing it in water, then soak it in plenty of water for 10 minutes. Squeeze out the excess water and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Place the bean sprouts in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Drain the excess water.
Mix the seasonings (marked ☆) in a bowl. Add the bean sprouts, dried daikon radish, and chopped green onion, then toss lightly to combine.
