INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🥩 150g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 1 burdock root, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
Staples
- 30g glass noodles
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
PASOS
Thinly slice the burdock root and soak in water for 5 minutes. Drain the water. Thinly slice the green bell pepper and red bell pepper.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, gochujang, garlic, ginger) in a bowl.
Boil water in a pot, cook the glass noodles according to package instructions, and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the beef and stir-fry until the color changes. Add burdock and stir-fry for 2 minutes until softened. Add green and red bell peppers and stir-fry until softened.
Add the mixed seasoning and glass noodles to the pan. Stir-fry and simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes.
