    • 1/2 burdock root (90g), sliced
    • 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic

  • Egg

    • 🥚 2 soft-boiled eggs
  • Seasoning

    • 2 tbsp sake
    • 1 tbsp mirin
    • 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
    • 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 💧 100ml water

Scrape the skin off the burdock root with the back of a knife, slice thinly at an angle, and soak in water. Drain well.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add beef and grated garlic, and stir-fry until the beef changes color.

Add burdock root and stir-fry for about 2 minutes. Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, and water), mix well, bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
