INGREDIENTES
Noodles
- 🍜 180g dried soba noodles
Meat
- 🥩 150g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 1/3 burdock root, sliced thinly
- 100g grated yam
- 🧅 1 tsp chopped green onion
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1.5 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 60ml concentrated noodle sauce
- 💧 500ml water
PASOS
Thinly slice burdock root using a knife and soak in water to remove bitterness. Grate yam and set aside.
Mix beef with 1 tbsp sake in a bowl and let it sit for 5 minutes.
Combine burdock, beef, sake, mirin, and soy sauce in a microwave-safe container. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes. Let it cool slightly.
Cook soba noodles according to package instructions. Rinse with cold water and drain.
Heat noodle sauce and water in a pot until boiling.
Place soba noodles in a bowl. Pour the hot noodle sauce over them. Top with beef and burdock mixture, grated yam, and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
