    • 🥚 1 beaten egg

    • 66.7g chrysanthemum greens
    • 🧅 5cm sliced green onion
  • Seasoning

    • 1/3 tsp Japanese dashi powder
    • 💧 100cc water
    • 2 tbsp mirin
    • 🧂 2/3 tbsp soy sauce

Separate chrysanthemum greens into stems and leaves. Slice stems thinly and cut leaves into 3cm pieces. Slice green onion diagonally.

Add dashi powder, water, mirin, and soy sauce to a pot and bring to a boil. Add beef and green onion, cover, and simmer on medium heat for 3 minutes until beef changes color.

Add chrysanthemum stems to the pot and simmer for 1 minute. Then add leaves and bring to a boil. Pour beaten egg into the pot and gently shake to cook until semi-soft.

Serve cooked rice in a bowl and top with the beef and chrysanthemum egg mixture.
