- 🥩 100g sliced beef
Egg
- 🥚 2 beaten eggs
Vegetables
- 100g chrysanthemum leaves
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp dashi powder
- 💧 150ml water
PASOS
Cut chrysanthemum leaves into bite-sized pieces and slice the onion thinly.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add the seasonings (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, dashi powder, and water) along with the sliced onion.
Add the sliced beef to the pan and cook until the beef changes color.
Add the chrysanthemum leaves and simmer briefly. Pour the beaten eggs over the mixture and cook until the eggs reach your desired consistency.
