- 🥒 1 cucumber
Meat
- 🍖 100g ground beef
Seasonings
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp ginger wine
- 1 tbsp pear juice
- pinch of black pepper
- 3–4 drops sesame oil
- 🧂 1/3 tbsp salt
PASOS
Prepare the beef by removing excess blood with a paper towel.
Rub the cucumber with coarse salt, rinse thoroughly, and slice thinly into round shapes.
Mix all marinade ingredients and marinate the beef.
Sprinkle 1/3 tbsp salt on the sliced cucumber and let it sit for 40 minutes.
Rinse the salted cucumber 2–3 times and squeeze out excess water.
Heat a pan with a small amount of oil, then stir-fry the marinated beef, minced garlic, and chopped green onion over high heat.
Once the beef is fully cooked and the liquid has evaporated, add the prepared cucumber and stir-fry briefly.
Add 3–4 drops of sesame oil and mix well. Adjust sweetness or saltiness if needed.
Plate the stir-fry and sprinkle sesame seeds on top for garnish.
