INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🥩 200g thinly sliced beef
- 🥒 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 🍚 2 cups cooked sushi rice
Seasonings
- 🥢 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
Optional Garnishes
- 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp wasabi
PASOS
Cook the sushi rice and season it with rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Mix well and let it cool.
Pan-fry the thinly sliced beef with soy sauce until cooked and slightly caramelized.
Lay out a sushi rolling mat and place a sheet of nori (optional) or directly spread the sushi rice evenly.
Arrange cucumber slices and cooked beef on top of the rice.
Carefully roll the sushi using the mat, applying gentle pressure to form a tight roll.
Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces and garnish with sesame seeds and wasabi if desired.
