    • 1 tbsp sake

    • 1 tbsp miso paste

Cut the daikon radish into wedges and halve the enoki mushrooms after removing the root. Slice the ginger.

Heat salad oil in a pot over medium heat. Add beef and cook until browned. Add daikon and enoki mushrooms, stir until coated with oil.

Add water, sugar, mirin, sake, soy sauce, miso paste, and ginger. Bring to a boil, skim off foam, cover, and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
