INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
- 🥩 120g sliced beef
- 🥚 2 beaten eggs
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, sliced
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp yakiniku sauce
- 💧 50cc water
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
PASOS
Slice the green onion lengthwise, then cut into 1cm diagonal slices.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the beef and green onion, and stir-fry until the beef changes color. Add yakiniku sauce and water, then mix well.
Once boiling, pour in the beaten eggs. Stir gently as they begin to set, then cover with a lid and cook on low heat until the eggs reach your desired consistency.
Serve the cooked mixture over bowls of rice.
