INGREDIENTES
Noodles
- 2 servings yakisoba noodles
Meat
- 🥩 150g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 2 green peppers, thinly sliced
- 100g bean sprouts
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Meat Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
PASOS
Thinly slice the green peppers. In a bowl, mix the beef with the meat seasoning ingredients (sake, soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic) and let it marinate for 5 minutes.
In a separate bowl, mix the sauce ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce).
Place the yakisoba noodles in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute to loosen them.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for about 2 minutes until the color changes.
Add the green peppers and bean sprouts to the pan and stir-fry briefly.
Add the yakisoba noodles to the pan and stir-fry everything together. Pour in the sauce and mix until evenly coated.
