INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🥩 150g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/2 head lettuce
- 1 piece ginger, julienned
Oil
- 2 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp oyster sauce
PASOS
Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and julienne the ginger.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over low heat, add ginger, and stir-fry until fragrant. Then, add the beef and stir-fry over medium heat until the color changes.
Add the lettuce and stir-fry briefly. Then, add the seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce) and stir-fry until evenly coated.
