    • 1 lotus root (180g), sliced
    • 6 green beans, cut into quarters

  • Seasoning

    • 💧 100cc water
    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 2 tbsp mirin
    • 🧂 1 tsp sugar
    • 1.5 tbsp soy sauce

Cut the lotus root into quarters lengthwise and slice thinly. Soak in water and drain. Cut the green beans into quarters and microwave at 600W for about 2 minutes until tender.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add beef and stir-fry until the color changes. Add lotus root and stir-fry until coated with oil.

Add the seasoning ingredients and stir-fry until the liquid evaporates.

Turn off the heat and mix in the green beans.
