INGREDIENTES
Essential Ingredients
- 🥩 300g beef
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🥕 1/4 carrot
- 1 handful oyster mushrooms
- 2 shiitake mushrooms
- 1 handful enoki mushrooms
- 1 handful soaked glass noodles
- 🧅 1/4 stalk green onion
- 1 red chili
- 3 cups anchovy-kelp broth
Beef Marinade Ingredients
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of black pepper
Seasoning Ingredients
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- A pinch of black pepper
PASOS
Slice the onion thinly, cut carrot and green onion into 4cm pieces, and slice the red chili diagonally. Trim and tear the mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
Pat the beef dry with a paper towel and mix with marinade ingredients. Let it sit for a few minutes.
Arrange onion, carrot, green onion, and mushrooms around the edges of a hot pot. Place the marinated beef and soaked glass noodles in the center.
Pour the anchovy-kelp broth into the pot and boil on high heat for 10 minutes. Add soy sauce and black pepper to adjust seasoning.
Top with sliced red chili and serve hot.
