- 🥩 100g diced beef
- 🍄 3 mushrooms, sliced
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧈 20g butter
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
PASOS
Heat a pan and melt the butter.
Add diced beef to the pan and stir-fry until cooked.
Slice mushrooms slightly larger than the beef and add them to the pan once the beef is cooked.
Add 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce to the pan and mix well.
Add 1 tbsp sesame oil and stir to combine.
