- 🥩 200g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 2 tbsp ponzu soy sauce
PASOS
Slice the onion thinly.
