INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🥩 200g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 200g tatsoi
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
PASOS
Cut off the root of the tatsoi and wash the root thoroughly with water.
In a bowl, mix the beef with garlic, sugar, and soy sauce. Massage the mixture into the beef, then add cornstarch and coat evenly.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the beef and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add the tatsoi to the pan and stir-fry briefly.
Add sake, sugar, soy sauce, and oyster sauce to the pan. Stir-fry everything together until well combined.
