INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🧈 1 block tofu
- 🍖 100g ground beef
- 1 green chili, sliced
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 💧 1/2 cup water
Seasonings
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 4 tbsp rice wine
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌰 1 tsp sesame seeds
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
PASOS
Slice the tofu and place it on a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
Heat cooking oil in a pan and fry the tofu until golden brown. Lightly season with salt.
Transfer the fried tofu to a separate plate.
Prepare the ground beef by placing it in a bowl.
Mix the seasonings: soy sauce, rice wine, minced garlic, sesame oil, corn syrup, sesame seeds, black pepper, and sliced green chili.
Cook the seasoned ground beef in the pan until fully cooked.
Add the fried tofu to the pan with the cooked beef.
Pour 1/2 cup of water into the pan and simmer the tofu and beef mixture. Spoon the sauce over the tofu.
Serve the beef and tofu braised dish with rice. Enjoy the flavorful sauce with the rice.
