    • 🍄 4 halved mushrooms

  • Meat Seasoning

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
    • Pinch of pepper
    • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • Stew Seasoning

    • 🍅 200g canned tomatoes
    • 100ml water
    • 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
    • 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
    • 1 tsp dried basil

Cut broccoli into small florets, slice onion into 1cm strips, and halve mushrooms.

Mix sliced beef with sake, salt, pepper, and cornstarch in a bowl. Divide into 8 portions and shape into balls.

Add 3 tbsp water to a pan and heat on medium. Once simmering, add broccoli, cover, and steam for 2 minutes. Remove and drain.

Heat olive oil in the pan and cook beef balls on medium heat until browned. Add onion and mushrooms, stir until coated with oil.

Add canned tomatoes, water, salt, sugar, and basil. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 7–8 minutes. Add broccoli and cook for 1–2 minutes.
