INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🥩 150g beef, any cut
Vegetables
- 1 king oyster mushroom
- 🥕 A small amount of carrot
- 1 stalk green onion
- 🧅 1/4 onion
- 1-2 green chilies
Egg
- 🥚 1 egg
Seasoning
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 3 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tbsp tonkatsu sauce
- 🧈 1 tbsp butter
- A small amount of sugar or honey
- A suitable amount of cooking oil
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- A pinch of pepper
- A small amount of Parmesan cheese (optional)
- 💧 100ml water
PASOS
Cut beef into bite-sized pieces and marinate with 1 tbsp cooking wine, 1/2 tbsp minced garlic, a pinch of pepper, and two pinches of salt.
Prepare the vegetables: slice king oyster mushroom, carrot, onion, green onion, and green chilies into bite-sized pieces.
Heat a suitable amount of cooking oil in a pan and sauté 1/2 tbsp minced garlic with chopped onion until fragrant.
Add marinated beef to the pan and stir-fry until 80% cooked.
Add the remaining vegetables except for green chilies and stir-fry until softened.
Add 1 tbsp tonkatsu sauce, 3 tbsp ketchup, and 100ml water to the pan. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
Add 1 tbsp butter and green chilies to the pan. Season with sugar or honey and salt to taste.
Serve the sauce over warm rice and top with a fried egg. Optionally, sprinkle Parmesan cheese for added flavor.
