INGREDIENTES

- 200g beef block
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- Flour as needed
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
- Breadcrumbs as needed

Garlic Mayo Sauce
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 🧄 Pinch of grated garlic
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
- 🥛 1 tsp milk
PASOS
Mix all ingredients for the garlic mayo sauce in a bowl.
Season the beef with salt and pepper, then rub grated garlic onto the surface.
Coat the beef in flour, then dip it in beaten egg, and finally cover it with breadcrumbs.
