INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🥩 200g thinly sliced beef
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1/2 orange bell pepper
Marinade
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp pear juice
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Braising Sauce
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 💧 2 tbsp water
PASOS
Prepare the beef by patting it dry with a paper towel.
Mix the marinade ingredients together.
Coat the beef slices with the marinade and let them rest briefly.
Prepare the vegetables: trim enoki mushrooms, halve perilla leaves, and julienne the bell peppers.
Lay out a slice of marinated beef, place half a perilla leaf on top, and add julienned bell peppers and enoki mushrooms.
Roll the beef tightly and secure the seam with a toothpick.
Mix the braising sauce ingredients together.
Heat a dry pan and sear the beef rolls until lightly browned.
Add the braising sauce to the pan and simmer until the liquid is reduced and the rolls are cooked through.
Remove the toothpicks, slice the rolls in half, and serve.
