INGREDIENTES
Beef
- 🥩 300g beef sirloin steak
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Garlic
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
Fat & Butter
- 10g beef fat
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Wasabi Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp wasabi
PASOS
Bring the beef to room temperature and season with salt and pepper.
Slice the garlic thinly and remove the core.
Mix the wasabi sauce ingredients (sake, soy sauce, wasabi) in a bowl.
Heat beef fat in a pan over low heat. Once melted, add garlic and cook until golden brown. Remove garlic from the pan.
Add the beef to the pan and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes on each side. Remove the beef and wrap in aluminum foil for 10 minutes.
Add the wasabi sauce mixture to the pan and simmer. Stir in butter until melted to create the sauce.
Plate the beef, garnish with garlic, and drizzle the wasabi sauce over the steak.
