INGREDIENTES

- 🥩 200g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 green bell peppers, diced
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper, diced
- 🍅 4 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 🥬 3 lettuce leaves, torn
- 🧄 1/2 clove garlic, minced
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp mustard
PASOS
Season the beef with sake, salt, and pepper, and massage it in.
Chop the onion, dice the bell peppers, halve the cherry tomatoes, tear the lettuce, and mince the garlic.
Mix the sauce ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, mustard) in a bowl.
Heat half the olive oil in a pan, add garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Add beef and stir-fry until browned, then remove.
In the same pan, heat the remaining olive oil, sauté onion until soft, add bell peppers and cook until tender. Add cherry tomatoes and the sauce, stir-frying briefly.
Arrange lettuce on a plate, top with beef and stir-fried vegetables.
