INGREDIENTES
Beef
- 🥩 6 slices thinly sliced beef shoulder
Tofu
- 🥛 125g grilled tofu, cut into 6 pieces
Vegetables
- 🧅 10cm spring onion, sliced diagonally
- 50g chrysanthemum greens, cut into 5cm pieces
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
PASOS
Cut grilled tofu into 6 pieces, slice spring onion diagonally into 6 pieces, and cut chrysanthemum greens into 5cm pieces.
Lay out one slice of beef, place tofu, spring onion, and chrysanthemum greens on the edge, and roll tightly. Repeat for 6 rolls and coat lightly with potato starch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, place rolls seam-side down, and cook over medium heat until browned. Flip rolls, add the seasoning mixture, bring to a boil, cover, and steam for 3 minutes on low heat.
Remove the lid, increase heat to medium, and cook for 1 minute while rolling the rolls to coat them in the sauce.
