- 300g beef tendon
Vegetables
- 1 stalk green onion (green part)
- 3 slices ginger

- 50cc sake
PASOS
Place beef tendon in a pot with enough water to cover it. Bring to a boil and simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
Drain the water, rinse the beef tendon under running water to remove excess fat and scum, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Wash the pot, return the beef tendon to the pot, add enough water to cover it, green onion, ginger, and sake. Bring to a boil, skim off scum, and simmer on low heat for about 1 hour.
