- 18 dumplings
- 1 handful of noodles
- 2 handfuls of shredded cabbage
- 10 lettuce leaves
- 🧅 1/2 onion
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
PASOS
Thinly slice the onion and soak in cold water for 10 minutes to remove spiciness, then drain.
Thinly slice the lettuce and cabbage.
Boil the noodles in salted water, then rinse under cold water.
Pan-fry the dumplings until golden brown on both sides.
Mix the vegetables and noodles with the seasoning ingredients.
Serve the seasoned vegetables and noodles alongside the fried dumplings.
