INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 6 frozen dumplings
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup shredded red cabbage
- 🥕 1/2 cup julienned carrot
- 4 perilla leaves, sliced
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp red pepper powder
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp corn syrup
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
PASOS
Wash and shred all vegetables (cabbage, red cabbage, carrot, perilla leaves) into thin slices.
Pan-fry the frozen dumplings on low heat until golden and crispy.
Mix all seasoning ingredients (red pepper powder, gochujang, vinegar, soy sauce, corn syrup, sugar, sesame oil, sesame seeds) in a bowl to create the sauce.
Place the fried dumplings on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
Serve the dumplings with the shredded vegetables and drizzle the sauce on top.
