INGREDIENTES
Wrapper
- 20 gyoza wrappers
Meat
- 150g ground pork
Vegetables
- 100g shredded cabbage
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Meat Mixture Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp chicken broth powder
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp grated garlic
Dipping Sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar

PASOS
Mix the dipping sauce ingredients (vinegar, soy sauce, chili oil) in a bowl.
In another bowl, massage shredded cabbage with salt and let sit for 5 minutes. Squeeze out excess water, then mix with ground pork and meat mixture seasonings until sticky.
Place 1/20 of the meat mixture onto each gyoza wrapper. Wet the edges of the wrapper and pinch it closed tightly. Repeat for all wrappers.
Heat half of the salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Place gyoza seam-side up and cook until browned. Add 50ml water, cover, and steam over low heat for 5 minutes.
Remove the lid, increase heat to medium, and evaporate remaining water. Add the rest of the salad oil around the edges and cook until crispy.
Serve the gyoza on a plate with dipping sauce on the side.
