INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 small potatoes
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🧅 2 green onions
- 3 green chili peppers
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp fine chili powder
- 3 tbsp coarse chili powder
- 💧 1 cup water
Canned Fish
- 1 can mackerel
PASOS
Chop garlic, onion, green chili peppers, and green onions.
Slice potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
Add 1 tbsp fine chili powder, 1 tbsp coarse chili powder, 2 tbsp corn syrup, and 3 tbsp soy sauce to the pot.
Pour 1/2 cup water into the pot, cover, and bring to a boil.
Simmer for 10 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
Open the canned mackerel and add it along with its liquid to the pot.
Add 1 tbsp coarse chili powder and another 1/2 cup water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the chopped onion, green onions, green chili peppers, and garlic. If desired, add more chili powder for a deeper red color.
Simmer until bubbling and serve hot.
