INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 1 canned Pacific saury
- 1/4 radish, thickly sliced
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thickly sliced
- 1 green onion, diagonally sliced
- 2 green chilies, diagonally sliced
Seasonings
- 1.5 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp mirin
PASOS
Prepare the ingredients by slicing radish and onion thickly, and diagonally slicing green onion and green chilies.
Mix the seasoning ingredients: gochujang, soy sauce, minced garlic, and mirin.
Place the radish slices at the bottom of a wide pan or wok.
Pour the canned Pacific saury, including its liquid, over the radish.
Layer onion, green onion, and green chilies on top of the saury.
Add the prepared seasoning mixture over the ingredients.
Pour about 1 cup of water until the saury is slightly submerged.
Simmer until the dish is bubbling and the radish is tender.
