INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 200g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 300g daikon radish
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 150ml water
PASOS
Cut the daikon into 1.5cm thick slices and halve them.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add pork, and stir-fry until the pork changes color.
Add daikon, seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, and water), and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer over low heat for about 12 minutes until the daikon is tender.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
