    • 1 tsp sesame oil
    • 1 tbsp corn syrup

Peel and chop the potatoes into uniform pieces. Rinse under cold water and drain well.

Mix 1 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp mirin, and 1 tsp sesame oil in a small bowl to prepare the sauce.
