INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🥛 1 block tofu
- 🦑 1 squid
- 🧅 A small amount of green onion
Seasoning
- 🧂 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp rice wine
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 1/4 cup anchovy kelp stock
PASOS
Pat dry the tofu and cut it into 8 equal pieces.
Coat the tofu pieces with potato starch. Heat oil in a pan and fry the tofu on both sides until golden brown.
Cut the squid into bite-sized pieces.
Add the seasoning sauce to a pan and bring it to a boil. Add the squid and cook until it starts to bubble, then add the tofu. Cover the pan and simmer on low heat.
When the sauce is reduced and thickened, add green onion and stir briefly before serving.
