INGREDIENTES

- 2 sausages
Vegetables
- 4 pods (180g) broad beans
Condiments
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
- Pinch of salt and pepper

- 1 tsp salad oil
PASOS
Remove broad beans from their pods. Make a shallow cut on the rounded side of each bean and peel off the thin skin. Place beans in a microwave-safe container, add 1 tbsp water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Drain the water.
Slice sausages diagonally into 5mm thick pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add broad beans and sausages, and stir-fry until sausages are browned.
Add mayonnaise, curry powder, and salt and pepper. Stir-fry until well combined.
