- 🥦 80g broccoli florets
Seafood
- 🐟 1 can (190g) canned mackerel in water
Spices
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- A pinch of black pepper

- 1/2 tbsp salad oil

- 💧 50ml water
PASOS
Place broccoli and water in a frying pan, cover with a lid, and heat over medium heat. Once boiling, steam for 1–2 minutes. Drain the water.
Add salad oil to the frying pan and heat over medium heat. Add the canned mackerel and stir-fry briefly while breaking it apart. Add the broccoli and stir-fry for 1–2 minutes. Mix in curry powder, salt, and pepper, and stir-fry until evenly coated.
