INGREDIENTES
Protein
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken breast
Vegetables
- 🥦 1/2 head (125g) broccoli
- 🍅 1 piece (200g) tomato
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp wasabi
PASOS
Rub chicken with sake, salt, and pepper, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
Cut broccoli into small florets. Microwave with 1 tbsp water for 90 seconds at 600W, drain, and let cool. Cut tomato into wedges and halve them.
Mix all sauce ingredients (sugar, soy sauce, wasabi) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a pan and stir-fry chicken on medium heat until its color changes.
Add broccoli and stir-fry briefly. Add the sauce and stir-fry, then add tomato and mix well.
