INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli
- 🌽 3 tbsp frozen corn
Meat
- 🐖 150g sliced pork
Condiments
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Oils and Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
PASOS
Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces. Place broccoli and 1 tbsp water in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Drain water.
Mix curry powder, sugar, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl to prepare the seasoning.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add pork and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add corn and the prepared seasoning to the pan. Stir-fry together, then add broccoli and mix well. Adjust taste with salt and pepper.
