- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli
Meat
- 200g sliced pork
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
PASOS
Separate broccoli into small florets, place in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute.
Place pork, sake, and cornstarch into a plastic bag and massage to coat evenly.
Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat, add pork, and stir-fry until the pork changes color. Add broccoli and stir-fry briefly.
Add ketchup, ginger, garlic, and stir-fry. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
