INGREDIENTES
Seafood
- 🦪 150g boiled scallops
Vegetables
- 🥦 125g broccoli florets
- 🥕 75g sliced carrot
- 🧄 1 clove minced garlic
Condiments
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1/3 tsp sugar
- Pinch of black pepper
Liquids
- 💧 50cc water
PASOS
Cut broccoli into small florets. Slice carrot into thin half-moons. Mince garlic after removing its core.
Add broccoli, carrot, and water to a frying pan. Cover and heat on medium until boiling, then steam on low for 3 minutes. Remove the lid and cook on medium until water evaporates.
Add butter to the pan and stir until melted and evenly distributed. Push vegetables to the side, add scallops and garlic, and cook until scallops are browned.
Add soy sauce and sugar, then stir to coat all ingredients evenly.
Transfer to a serving plate and sprinkle with black pepper.
