INGREDIENTES

- 🦐 10 shrimp, shelled
Vegetables
- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli, cut into small florets
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Thickener
- Cornstarch, as needed
Liquid
- 💧 1 tbsp water
- 1 tsp cooking wine
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🥪 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
- 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
PASOS
Remove the shells and veins from the shrimp, and pat dry with paper towels.
Season the shrimp with salt and pepper, then coat both sides with cornstarch.
Cut broccoli into small florets and microwave with water for 2 minutes until tender. Drain well.
Mix sugar, mayonnaise, ketchup, and lemon juice in a bowl to create the shrimp mayo sauce.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat, add shrimp, and cook until color changes. Add cooking wine and stir-fry.
Add broccoli to the pan and stir-fry together. Pour in the shrimp mayo sauce and mix quickly.
