- 🦑 200g frozen squid rolls
Vegetables
- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli
- 🍅 6 cherry tomatoes, halved
- A pinch of grated ginger
- 🧅 5cm white part of green onion, minced
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 💧 150ml water
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
Thickening Agent
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 💧 1 tbsp water
PASOS
Separate broccoli into small florets, halve cherry tomatoes, and mince the white part of the green onion.
Defrost squid rolls, score them in a crosshatch pattern, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl to create a slurry.
Boil water in a pot, add broccoli, and blanch for 2 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add minced green onion, grated ginger, and squid, and stir-fry until fragrant.
Add broccoli and cherry tomatoes to the pan, stir-fry briefly, then add the seasoning mixture and bring to a boil.
Gradually add the cornstarch slurry while stirring, and cook until the sauce thickens.
